A Full Package Sales of a Vehicle Suspension and a Tire FE Model

Summary

The suspension FE model has been developed by reverse engineering with accumulating physical test and analysis technologies for road noise simulation.
The FE model is well correlated to the physical test data measured by the company, which allows the model to be accurate and used practically from the day of purchase.

Features: Correlated model ready to use for road noise analysis

  • The model is correlated in wide frequency range up to 400 Hz in order to be able to apply to road noise simulation.
  • The suspension components characteristics and link bushes stiffnesses are correlated to the physical test data and the model simulates their actual vibration accurately.
  • The suspension vibration modes are well verified by correlating to those of modal test data of real suspension.
  • The tire model is quite accurate, which is developed by original tire modeling technology of the company. Therefore, road noise analysis with contribution of the tire can be conducted with reasonable accuracy.
