Multi-Physics Model Development
Summary
The computer simulation model of whole mechanical system is delivered which consists of control, electrical circuit, sensor and actuator considering mechanism, structural elasticity with even vibration characteristics by making use of multi-physics modeling techniques like kinematical mechanism modeling, its reduction modeling, control modeling and actuator modeling including electromagnetic characteristics.
The model development which covers whole mechanical system including control, electrical circuit, sensor and actuator considering mechanism, structural elasticity with even vibration characteristics by applying 1D modeling tool and/or other time history analysis tools.
Every element created by 1D tool is validated and certified by the following approaches.
- 3D detailed model development and its reduction.
- Detail model development for control and electrical characteristics.
- Correlation between 1D simulation and test data obtained by various kinds of physical tests.
CAE tools, both 3D and 1D, are selected in accordance with the goal, which develop computer simulation models with reasonable degree of the details, accuracy and computational time.
